Delete account and data

The controller for deleting accounts and personal data is:

This page covers the website uncuttv.app and the UncutTV apps for phones and TV.

Sign in at uncuttv.app, open “My Account”, choose “Delete Account”, and confirm.

If a subscription is still running, cancel it first. The account can only be deleted after that.

Write to office@uncuttv.at from the address stored on your account. We process these requests within 30 days.

If you want particular data removed but want to keep the account, email office@uncuttv.at as well.

When an account is deleted, we remove:

• Account and login details
• Email address
• Playback progress and watchtime data
• Favourites
• Likes
• Comments
• Age verification data

We keep invoices and payment records for seven years, because Austrian tax law requires it (section 132 BAO).

Anonymised watchtime totals with no personal link stay in place for royalty statements to rights holders.

Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

Deletion is usually finished within 30 days. Backup copies are gone within 90 days.
